Hi, my name is Alicia Cox and I have been a real estate investor now for over 17 years as of the date of this publishing. During that time, I have bought, flipped, rehabbed and sold a lot of houses and small apartment houses. In 99 percent of my deals, I have been quietly using no-money-down techniques to acquire and profit from houses and small apartment buildings in several states including California.

It is the easiest, cheapest and fastest method to owning and selling real estate, while taking home a nice, tidy profit. I write about these techniques on my blog and talk about them on my social media channels. These techniques have made me thousands of dollars and has made my dream to own real estate real. There is no limit to the possibilities that you can achieve with real estate.

 

How It All Started

It wasn’t until life kicked me in the butt and the bill collectors came knocking real hard that I suddenly realized I was poorer than I thought, and I decided I was going to test the theory of no money down real estate investing.
